Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Content Spy, a Chrome extension and related services operated by Zoe ("we", "our", "us"). By using AI Content Spy, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
AI Content Spy is a Chrome browser extension that analyzes publicly available YouTube channel data using artificial intelligence to generate content strategy reports. The service includes a browser extension, a backend API, and a website.
2. Usage Limits
The service is available in the following tiers:
- Free: 3 channel analyses per month, basic analysis (20 videos sampled).
- Pro ($19/month): 50 analyses per month, complete analysis, monetization insights, PDF export, channel comparison.
- Team ($49/month): 200 analyses per month, everything in Pro, batch analysis, API access, branded exports, priority support.
Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused analyses do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify pricing and limits with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You may need to sign in with a Google account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or API beyond what is permitted by law
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service beyond intended functionality
- Resell or redistribute analysis reports as a competing service
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable laws while using our service
5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Mode
When using your own API key for OpenAI or Google Gemini, you are responsible for compliance with the respective provider's terms of service and usage policies. API costs incurred through BYOK mode are your sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
The AI Content Spy extension, website, and associated code are our intellectual property. Analysis reports generated for you are yours to use, but the underlying analysis methodology and prompts remain our property.
7. Disclaimer
AI Content Spy provides AI-generated analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Reports should not be construed as financial advice, business advice, or guaranteed strategies. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the analysis provided.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the service
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the AI-generated analysis
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct on the service
Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the extension or our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
